Eric Winstead

I have had the privilege of serving God in ministry since 2001 as pastor and hospice chaplain. I am passionate about teaching God’s word and teaching others how to study for themselves.

I married Kim, the woman God created for me in 1993. We have two beautiful daughters who are both married to Godly men. The Lord has also blessed us with a handsome grandson.

One of my favorite bible verses is Matthew 6:33, because it gives direction and the promise of God’s blessing. “Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.” (NLT)

I spend my free time woodworking and also enjoy chasing the ball around the golf course.

Worship Leader

Junior Branham

Oscar (Junior) Branham has faithfully served as Worship Leader at Lake Wateree Baptist since 1991. However after 32 years, Junior has now retired. Truely a man who loves his Lord, Junior holds a special place in the hearts of all he served. He and his wife Patricia are now enjoying traveling and spending time with their family.

In Junior's absent, we are blessed with wonderful men who are leading in the interim. Lake Wateree Baptist Church is now searching for someone to fill this role on a permanent basis. If you or someone you know would like to apply, please contact the church office.
